History of business center: 1984

Our business center has deep historical roots. Years went by, political systems changed, so did the purpose of buildings, but one thing did not change — money was always earned here.

In 1984 on the premises of the business center was located one of the most successful companies in soviet Latvia — textile factory «8th March». The products of the company were highly regarded in USSR and abroad.
